Peter Dobson - Chief Executive

Having established a sound banking reputation with National Westminster, Peter joined the Leasing Industry at the tender age of 21, helping to develop Manchester based Mynshul Banks Leasing Division.

Five years later, Peter joined up with his ex-MD from Mynshul Bank, Philip Webb, to help start Admiral Leasing. Initially responsible for management of the New Business Department and the Field Sales Team. Peter was appointed to the Board in 1994 and shortly afterwards appointed as Chief Executive.

In his spare time Peter enjoys spending time with his young family, and when time allows he'll either be on the golf course or watching his beloved Bolton Wanderers.
Michael Rodgers - Financial Director

Mike, a Chartered Accountant, worked for KPMG for six years including two years on secondment in New Zealand. Between 1994 and 1997 Mike was Financial Accountant for a fully listed plc in the aerospace industry. In 1997 he joined the Butterfly Group as the Financial Controller and was appointed FD in 1999.

Admiral Leasing is Butterfly's sister company and Mike was appointed as FD of the Admiral Group in 2002.

When Mike is not commuting up and down the motorways he likes to spend time with his family, renovating his house and any spare time he has is spent on the terraces of Southampton Football Club.
Simon Etheridge – Sales Manager

After spending fifteen years as an Estate Agent Simon felt it was time for a career change and saw an opportunity to work with Admiral Leasing in developing their operations in the southern part of the country. Based in Oxford Simon has managed over the past five years to develop a strong client base in a number of industries as well as key connections with numerous funders.

Simon’s career with Admiral has gone from strength to strength with recently being promoted to sales manager giving him the opportunity to build his own sales team to further expand Admirals coverage of the South.

His spare time is spent with his family and has recently developed a keen interest in archery.
Lee Isherwood – Sales Manager

After completion of his A-Levels Lee always had the desire to work in the finance sector and started his career with Barclays Bank in Manchester. Lee stayed in personal banking for a further 6 years with Yorkshire Bank and HFC Bank until making the step into Business Finance. Lee joined Admiral in January 2003 as an Account Manager and started a part-time course at college to attain a HND qualification in Business & Finance.

Now 3 years on Lee has been successful in his role as an Account Manager and has progressed to Sales Manager where he is managing a rapidly growing team.
Carol Bolton – Sales Manager

After completing a degree in European Business Studies where she spent 2 years in France, Carol went to work for British Gas until bitten by a desire to see the world.

Once back in England in May 1999 Carol joined Admiral Leasing in Telemarketing kick starting her career in the leasing industry, before going on to Credit Control and finally Sales Administration where she has worked her way to the position of Account Manager blossoming over her last 4 years in the role. Most recently Carol has taken on the role of Sales Manager where along with the other Account Managers she will continue to deal in a broad spectrum of industries feeding Admiral with a good portfolio of business.
