Admiral was formed in 1990 after negotiating £13m of facilities through a syndicate of major banks, led by Bank of Scotland and Kleinwort Benson.
From it's origins in the Pennine village of Delph Admiral has developed in to a highly successful business now employing over 50 people.
Admiral has ran its own book since the start and in
the mid 1990's completed a re-financing program providing
it with facilities of up to £20m. Funders included the
likes of National Westminster Bank, ING, Hitachi Capital
and Co-operative bank.
Its own book facilities are now only a small portion of Admiral's activities. To suit the diverse nature of the business it attracts, Admiral has also developed broking relationships with a number of banks/Funding partners, which allows us to provide true flexibility to its clients.
